Anne de Vesian von Bredow
Anne started her career as an equity research analyst at Exane, one of Europe's leading players, set up an NGO in the Asia, then gravitated towards strategy at BCG and recruitment for Exane's top management, before becoming an Executive Search Consultant in 2014 with Vendome Associes. She founded Congruence in 2018.
Anne graduated from ESCP and SFAF (French Equivalent to CFA).
She has lived in France, Germany, the UK and the Philippines and speaks fluent French, German and English. Linkedin profile
Christine Schroeder
Christine started her career in recruiting and consultancy before joining an international group in Mobility Services, where she carried out various missions in mobility and cross-cultural training in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Christine joined Congruence from the beginning to lead our research.
She is a graduate from Hohenheim University (Economics) and ESCP.
She speaks fluent English, German, French and Italian.
Anita Falk
Anita holds a Master of Science in Business Administration.
Before joining Congruence, she worked in Risk Management, Finance & HR.
Anita takes care of research, administrative task and general office management.
She speaks five languages : German, English, French, Spanish, and Bulgarian.

Stephane Rambosson
Stéphane started his career at SG Warburg, spent 13 years in investment banking at Schroders and Citigroup — where he was Head of Equity Capital Markets for French-speaking countries — then moved into executive search.
He founded Vici Advisory, an EMEA advisory and executive search boutique focused on Financial Services.
Stéphane graduated with honours from Sciences Po Paris and holds a master's in finance from ESCP Europe.
He is Anglo-French, speaks German, and is active across several Franco-British institutions and boards.
Anna Marietta
Anna started her career in a boutique search firm then joined Korn/Ferry's Financial Services team and then Veni Partners/DRH, conducting senior searches across investment banking and global markets.
She is a Founding Partner at Vici Advisory.
Anna holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and an Executive Coaching Certificate from the AoEC in London.
A native Italian speaker, she is fluent in Spanish and conversant in French and holds dual British and Italian citizenship.
